      *Visitor parking is located in the back of the building.
Materials may also be delivered to your hotel(s) for a minimal $10 courier fee.
 

Welcome Letter
To obtain a welcome letter from Jacksonville mayor John Peyton, please email Convention Services. Include the official organization name, event name, event date, a brief description of the event, your email or mailing address and your deadline to receive the welcome letter. All requests must be made three weeks in advance.
